The Tinwick apartment is in a separate stone barn conversion. It is a two storey cottage.

Tinwick has been converted from a three bedroom apartment to a more luxury spacious 2 bedroom apartment, welcoming our first guests in January 2020.

It is a first floor apartment with a second bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.

You come into the apartment on a half landing. There are 4 steps up to the first floor.

On the first floor the apartment consists of a bedroom, a landing, a bathroom, and an open plan kitchen / living room.

Both bedrooms can have either twin beds or be made into super kingsize beds.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric oven and hob, microwave oven, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher and washing machine / drier.

In the living room there is a dining table and chairs, a large corner sofa, CD player, digital television with DVD player (please bring own DVDs).

The bedrooms have fitted carpets, the living space, dining area, landing and upstairs bathroom all have wood-effect flooring, whilst whilst the entrance area area and the en-suite bathroom have ceramic tiles.

Outside on the patio area there is a patio table and chairs.

This apartment is ideal for up to 4 people.
