Prices are per week. Changeovers on Monday or Friday. Inclusive of heating, electricity, linen, towels and a weekly clean. Inclusive of VAT except BARN END which is non vat-able. Discount for monthly stays on request.
Dogs charged at £10 per week each (Min. £10). Z-beds, Cots & Highchairs £10 per week (Min. £10)
We usually take weekly bookings which start on a Friday or a Monday. However, we can offer short breaks (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) at short notice, or in advance if they fit on to a future booking. We have a minimum three night stay policy. We do try to be flexible on arrival days where possible.
The apartments are ready for arrival after 1pm and departures before 10am. Please ask if you need early arrival or late departure and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All linen and towels are provided. Heating and electricity are included in the price. For longer stays we clean and change the linen and towels on a weekly basis. We also have cots and high chairs available to hire. On departure we appreciate you leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, as sometimes the change around time can be short.
WiFi is available in all apartments. In addition we have a computer room available with a computer and printer available for guests to use.
If you would like to book please contact us to check on availability. A 25% non-refundable deposit is then payable to confirm the booking. The full balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
All the apartments are non-smoking.
Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.

Glamping Rates
Glamping is booked online through the glamping page. The prices for 2023 are as follows:
"The Ranger" - Sleeps up to 8 People at £200 - £225 per night.
"The Alpaca" - Sleeps up to 6 People at £175 -£200 per night.
"The Hamlet" - Sleeps up to 4 People at £175 - £200 per night
We have a minimum two night stay.
